Our Executive Chef Carlos Velasquez has worked in our kitchen in all capacities having trained under our French Chef Jean Claude Danois who originally designed the opening day menu on October of 1985. Customers still enjoy the quality cuisine that has made Vincent Hill a destination for almost 30 years.

 

Carlos has added to his impressive resume a culinary certification from the Culinary Chef College.
